Our fee for preparing your returns will vary based on a number of factors including time, complexity, and the number and types of required Schedules and Forms. Our fee includes initial consultation, preparation, detailed review of your final returns, and electronic filing (if allowed) of your Federal return and all required state returns. Standard personal 1040 tax returns start at $209.

Our fee to amend a return prepared by another tax preparer is the same as preparing a new return. We have to generate the return to match the original and then amend the return with the corrected information. We do not charge to amend a return we prepared if an oversight was on our part. Our fee to amend a return due to an oversight by our client varies depending on the time involved to correct the return.

If you're looking for advice or direction with regards to your filing situation, business or rental income and expenses, or tax planning, our consultation fee ranges from no cost to $75/hr based on the complexity and time required for the consultation.

Mikki Gasperi has developed and teaches a variety of 2 - 5 hour courses focusing on self-employment and rental real estate. Courses cover starting your business, business structures, audit pitfalls, tax implications, and the Schedule C and Schedule E in detail including expenses, home office, automobile, travel, and depreciation deductions. The cost for these classes varies by the number of participants and can be held via Zoom or in our office. Call our office for more information.
